Technical Business Analyst - (Newark, DE)

Business Analyst to be involved in a major project providing in-depth analysis of current service request fulfillment tools. Analyst will assist in the recommendation on a single execution and metrics reporting tool. The analyst gathers, documents and analyzes business needs and qualifications and will work directly with the workstream leads on the project. The analyst should be able to take ownership of features assigned and see it through from end-to-end in the analysis process. Take ownership of the feature from end-to-end Be the primary POC for scope discussions on assigned features Demonstrate ability in multiple tool analysis, providing documentation of pros and cons of existing tools to be able to steer solutions. Maintain a strong focus on customerclient need in regards to feature delivery. Resolve customerclient issues in a timely and courteous fashion. Exhibits a presence that demonstrates credibility, commands attention and respect, and instills confidence in one's actions and outcomes.
