Technical Project Manager (amdocs exp) - (Overland Park, KS)

Experienced with managing broad ITTelecom enterprise initiatives that span business, VP, and functional areas of control. Excellent reporting and communication abilities required, including data and architecture analysis of scope, complex plan building and financials with the demonstrated ability to package that into an executive summary. Ability to operate in an environment of ambiguity to support the documentation and presentation of recommendations for decision making and risk assessment. Project leadership with regard to the administration of large, complex, cross-functional, multi-phase projects and the management of associated PM teams to accomplish the task. Ability with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum delivery methodologies. Background with Quality Management practices in context of software engineering and testing of Amdocs Ensemble applications preferred.
