IT Manager - Vendor and Licensing - (Maryland Heights, MO)

This is a full time position with our client with great benefits. Manage all aspects of Vendor engagement for Enterprise IT product and service agreements. Responsible for vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, contract renewals and license management. Manages the evaluation and selection of vendors as well as the negotiation of service level agreements. Seeks to achieve the highest value service, most advantageous contract relationship and manages vendor service delivery through metrics and on-going feedback. This role will define and manage vendor policy, governance and compliance. Requirements Background in managing vendor resources delivering on projects or providing staff augmentation services in an IT environment Deep understanding of procurement processes, including leading RFPRFI processes, vendor selection, and negotiation. Demonstrated skill in managing vendor performance, including managed service agreements. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (both verbal written).
