Senior Staff Accountant - (Saginaw, MI)

As a Senior Staff Accountant you will be responsible for Preparation of monthly financial statements including analysis of general ledger activity, bank account reconciliation, and analysis of intercompany activity. This position will also have primary role for payroll preparation, benefit administration, and allocation and billing of payroll costs between entities. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred 5 (5) or more years of applicable accounting background Experience in payroll processing and reconciliation Knowledge of Human Resource laws Background using various accounting and financial systems preferred Complete understanding of the technical aspects of account analysis and financial statement preparation Strong analytical abilities Strong attention to detail Expertise to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft office of products
