Call Center Operator - West Greenwich - (West Greenwich, RI)

The role is to work as a telephone operator in the Network Rollout Organization's (NRO) Operations center (OPCEN). The NRO group specializes in the deployment of Lottery terminals throughout the world. The position interacts with installers, retailers and/or service representatives to handle a variety of functions in support of a project deployment. Daily tasks mainly include answering phones to collect valuable data as well as working closely with the technicians to provide support and basic troubleshooting for all Lottery Terminal Installation issues. Training on all internal systems will be provided to every operator prior to the start of each project. --Skill: --- Proficient in Ms office programs (example: Microsoft word, Microsoft excel) --- Demonstrates the expertise to communicate as well as listen intently --- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. --- Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change.
