Customer Service Rep--Description: This group crosses over both Care and Collections to support the customer and customer facing colleagues. The purpose of a Support Services Analyst is to balance the management of many different processes aligned to payment issues.--Responsibilities:The agents handle a litany of functions including incoming mail correspondence, BPM and Appian Cases, Complaints, Payment issues, Reconciliation of GL and Reward Issues etc. to support the back-office for Care and Collections.Customer Service RepCustomer Service RepW2 ONLY!!!
