Line Cook - (Everett, WA)
Position description: This position is responsible for food production at 1 or more hot line stations and ensuring that all foods are produced in strict adherence to recipes and plate presentation specifications. Will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary work station.-- Responsible for the safe handling and proper storage of food products. --Pay starts at $15/hour depending on prior background. Job Specifications Education:-- Culinary degree or certificate highly desirable.-- Background:-- At least 6 months background as a broiler, saut--, fry, or oven cook in a high volume, fine dining restaurant.-- Background with seafood cooking highly desirable. Requirements: Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to read and memorize recipes and cooking techniques and communicate orally in English.
