Dining Director - (Manassas, VA)

Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor is 1 of the Manassas area's most well-respected assisted living and memory care communities where residents are cared for like family. The Dining Director will be responsible for food service and delivering a superior dining experiences to all residents. Food is 1 of the most important aspects of our lives and we are looking for the right leader to ensure our residents and their families are served excellent and nutritious meals in an efficient and friendly fashion. The Dining Director is responsible for managing a budget, ensuring and maintaining safety standards, including safe handling and storage of food items and collaborating to create a menu that appeals to the palates of those we serve. This role also supervises, motivates and encourages Dining Service employees. Qualified candidates will have a passion to serve seniors and a passion for food.
