Major Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining project schedule by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials and mechanical equipment, and maintaining schedules and budgets. Assist in development of site utilization plan; coordinate installation, operation and maintenance to ensure mechanical equipment and systems are properly functioning; develop procedure for testing equipment, develop submittal logs; communicate and coordinate submittals and drawings with subcontractors and the superintendent, and participate in subcontractor project orientation.
