Network Support & Change Management - (Victor, NY)

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Support person with Change Managerial background for a direct hire position in Victor, NY 14564. You will assist Core Engineering with the planning and implementation of network changes as needed. You will work with Core Engineering to identify when to deploy new versions of software and notify the appropriate work groups of the change to corporate software standards. Additional Duties Plan and deploy new software versions to network equipment Provide Tier two support for escalations out of repair and core NOC Responsible for managing chronic trouble to resolution Work with Vendors to conduct a root cause analysis, and collaborate with core engineering to determine if any network changes should be implemented to prevent future occurrences Manage access levels and durations to the management network and EMS systems following the principle of least privileged access Mentor Level three repair technicians in the repair and core NOC to reduce escalations and MTTR for
