Position summary Job Location La Clinica - Saint Paul, MN Position classification Full-time Description Summary/Objective: The IS Trainer is mainly responsible for Electronic Health Record system training for end users and providing ongoing support and work-flow optimization for medical and dental staff across WSCHS. IS Trainer with partner closely Details Technology staff to support the delivery of safe, effective, quality care. Key functions Delivers Electronic Health Records Systems (EHRS) training to new medical and dental staff end users both in a one-on-one and/or classroom environment. Provides on-going EHRS training and support to clinical staff within both the medical and dental operations. Orients new employees to the organization's Details Management Systems. Responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining training materials. Maintains training log of clinical staff that have been appropriately oriented to our EHRS and applicable clinical software.
