IT Delivery Lead - (Springfield, MA)

The IT Delivery Lead will organize and lead assigned IT resources to implement technology solutions for our Workplace Benefits (WB) line of business. The scope of technology solutions will include selection of vendor applications, systems integration, and delivery of technical capabilities aligned with business strategy and outcomes across the portfolio of WB technology. Strong leadership, background building and delivering technology solutions to meet business needs and an expertise to work and collaborate across other teams or stakeholders are key attributes of this position. The role also requires a willingness to understand existing business strategy, processes and supporting systems and possess strong interpersonal and communication expertise. They should be able to make decisions quickly in consultation with teammates and subject matter experts, be able to build and sustain productive relationships and understand the dynamics and critical nature of the business.
