Well respected, mid-sized Cleveland firm seeks a junior-mid level attorney with 3-seven years background in public/municipal law and litigation including exposure to land use and zoning, sunshine law and tort immunity issues. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing motions, pleadings and discovery for matters ranging from qualified immunity to civil rights, and environmental issues. The diversity of this practice includes public telecommunications work, administrative law, drafting legislation, regulations, charters and amendments. Exceptional client service skills and communication abilities are a must. Will assist more than 1 attorney on a busy municipal law team. Excellent growth opportunity.
