The chosen applicant will work together with attorneys in supporting private and public companies. Prior background at a corporate law firm handling transactions and daily corporate maintenance work is essential. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting on venture capital financing, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate tasks regarding stock and option administration. It is imperative that the chosen applicant be able to work together and collaboratively with attorneys, other paralegals, and executive assistants within the office and throughout the firm. The chosen applicant will have a bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate. Outstanding academic credentials, as well as superior written, verbal and computer skills, are required.
