Research Nurse Coordinator - Part time Cancer Research - (Newark, DE)

Christiana Care Health System is currently seeking a Research Nurse Coordinator for our Cancer Research Department. In this role you will provide management of patients entered into hematology, oncology and transplant/cellular therapy clinical research trials. You will function as a resource person providing ability in the modalities of cancer treatment, cancer control and cancer care delivery research protocols. Function as a resource person for the medical staff and community, providing educational info and ability in the treatment modalities of cancer and cancer control. Qualifications: RN, BSN preferred, with DE RN License. Min of at least 2 years of oncology/hematology background. An equivalent combination of education and background may be substituted. Certification in oncology nursing and/or research nursing preferred. Must be proficient in office systems. This position is grant funded. Employment is contingent upon funding renewal.
