Position: Program Manager Location : Chicago, IL Job category : Full-time Must Have Skills * Expanding program offering and enhancing the quality of existing programs Developing and implementing strategy for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap Managing resources for programs Managing budgets and reporting on fund allocation Good in writing proposals Identifying opportunities for continual improvement Ensuring relevant project/program standards, process and regulations are upheld Essential responsibilities * Lead strategy and planning sessions as required developing project scope with stakeholders for approved projects. Develop project charter including project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables. Communicate clear expectations with teammates and other stakeholders, and continually manage those expectations throughout the life of the project.
