Supply Chain Planner - (Midland, MI)

Dow Chemicalis in the midst of moving several Supply Planner roles as a result of growth and a centering initiative to our HQ in Midland, MI. ***We are aggressively interviewing and hiring top talent and will be offering relocation benefits for this role*** This role is responsible for deciding what, when and where to produce for multiple production sites or multiple plants at 1 site, within a single business or multiple smaller businesses. This includes balancing supply and demand over the tactical horizon to achieve optimum product availability, asset utilization and supply chain efficiencies. Plant locations will be in a single region or a number of plants globally. Responsibilities: Lead, develop, decide, communicate and implement tactical plans across the assigned plants - while maintaining strong linkage into Plants to ensure conformance to schedule and drive labor / capacity plans, and into Areas to secure customer service delivery.
