Jennings McCall Continuing Retirement Community 2300 Masonic Way Forest Grove, OR 97116 Part time Outpatient Clinic Director - Physical Therapist Infinity Rehab is looking for an Outpatient Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to ensure the efficient and effective operation of this beautiful Outpatient Department. You will provide direct therapy to patients, monitor treatment schedules, and track/monitor/manage the financial performance of the Departments. You will be evaluating and treating the aging adult population, and work with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities with a focus on balance and fall prevention, therapeutic exercises for functional strengthening, patient/family education, mobility, core strengthening, and pain management.
