Who We Are The Mental Health Association of Franklin County, Inc. is a peer-run organization serving Franklin and Fulton counties in south-central Pennsylvania and was founded in 1959 with a mission to actively help and promote mental wellness through advocacy, education, prevention, social action, supportive employment, and the support of research and legislation. We envision a just, humane and healthy society in which all people are accorded respect, dignity and the opportunity to achieve their full potential free from stigma and prejudice. Requirements The Mental Health Association of Franklin County, Inc. is seeking its next Chief Executive Officer to be the face of this peer-run organization and lead it through its next phase of growth. This person, in collaboration with the Board of Directors, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and the continued growth of the organization.
