Mental health supervisor - ihbt team leader (lisw, lpcc) - (Lorain, OH)

Position summary The Nord Center is expanding its Child/Adolescent Services programs and is introducing a brand new IHBT Team! The purpose of this position is to provide Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) services for the identified child/adolescent client their families in a culturally diverse community. IHBT Team Lead will provide supervisory services to IHBT team as well as maintain small caseload of IHBT clients. The position provides face-to-face screening, assessment, crisis intervention, counseling of both mental health and substance abuse concerns, community outreach and coordination/linkage of referral sources. All clinical services to take place in the client's home or community setting. A master’s degree in a mental health related position with any of the following licenses: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT License in Ohio is required.
