Plant Manager - (Greybull, WY)

The Plant Manager is responsible for the daily, cost effective management and coordination of plant operations. This position is responsible for the development of procedures designed to increase productivity, assure quality, establish and maintain a safe, legally compliant workplace, and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures. Specific Assignments include: Review financial cost statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement. Develops plant production scheduling. Maintain finished goods stock item inventories to established setpoints. Determine adequate plant raw material inventory levels. Assist with applicable inventory management functions. Motivate and train production personnel to job assignments, corporate policies, applicable regulations and established operational, quality and safety procedures.
