INVESTORS TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY OFFICE MANAGER Fayetteville, NC Publicly traded underwriter, Investors Title Insurance Company, is seeking a well-rounded leader to manage and maintain all branch operations, supervise 2 or more personnel and support business development strategies to profitably grow market share in Fayetteville. A strong applicant will have demonstrated success as a manager, excellent written and oral communication abilities and savvy technical expertise. Office / Personnel Management Hire, train and manage production staff. Evaluate performance of branch staff based on production and quality goals. Monitor branch underwriting and perform regular underwriting file reviews to ensure compliance with ITIC underwriting guidelines. Provide excellent service and quality of product to meet Workplace standards as expected by the branch clients. Achieve income goals established by Company and manage office operations at optimal levels.
