Administrative Assistant II - More than your bank. Your banker. General Summary: As Administrative Assistant this position provides administrative support to the Residential Lending Department. Conducts daily reviews of loan files to ensure they have appropriate documentation to proceed with ordering out the loan file. All associates at Capital City Bank have access to confidential client info, and must practice discretion at all times. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Reviews the loan file to ensure the intent to proceed is in compliance and the correct referral details is entered. Processes Credit Card & Check Charges once Intent is acceptable. Orders the appraisal & transcripts on all new Origination Files within required timeframe. Orders the FHA Case Number and Caivrs Number on applicable loans. Processes all invoices into the Banktel System to ensure vendors are paid timely. Greets and assists visitors and vendors to the department.
