The Department of Pediatrics Division of Pediatric Nephrology at the University of Virginia and University of Virginia Children's Hospital seeks candidates with strong academic stature and leadership expertise for the position of Division Head. This open track position will have clinical, teaching, research and administrative responsibilities. Salary, rank, and tenure status are dependent upon requirements and background. Candidates must have an MD or DO degree and be board-certified in pediatric nephrology. To be considered for a tenured position, candidates must demonstrate scholarship and excellence in 2 domains consistent with the requirements for tenure in the School of Medicine.
