Lead Instructor - (Naperville, IL)

A lead instructor will operate independently to instruct Topgolf guests in golf lessons, player development series, and event lessons. In addition to providing another guest service to Topgolf guests, lead instructors will also assist the Director of Instruction and Golf Services Manager in maintaining leagues, tournaments and player development series. The lead instructor will work with general supervision and be responsible for scheduling and managing private/semi-private, group and event lessons and will be expected to deliver top quality lessons to guests. This job mandates an outstanding golf instructor who possesses excellent communication abilities. The position should have experience in golf instruction and player development programs for all customer backgrounds.
