Kitchen Manager / Chef - (Salt Lake City, UT)

Our casual dining establishment needs an experienced Kitchen Manager / Chef to oversee kitchen operations. The successful applicant will have culinary and management experience. We’re looking for a creative motivating professional who can delegate well, contribute to prep work and has a passion for cooking on the line. We are located, a beautiful, fifteen minute drive (eleven miles) from the Salt Lake Valley in the heart of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Brighton, Utah. We are 1 mi from Solitude Mountain Resort and three miles to Brighton Ski Resort. If you love the mountains you will love to work here. We have a great team and a mountain town vibe but with all the advantages of being open year round for added job security You will report to the Owner and General Manager. You will have the opportunity to hire and train staff and build your team. The job necessitates between 40-60 hours a week, depending on the time of year, and you must be available days, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
