Active CNA or CNA Program Certificate of Completion Required Completion of a CNA training program within the last twelve mont Min of 6 mnths acute care background within the last ye POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education Skills and proficiency in oral and written grammar, communication, and basic mathematics as acquired through official completion of high-school or its equivalent. Expertise to perform support activities in patient care as required through completion of an approved Vo-Tech program or certified as a Nurse Aide through the Office of Longterm Care, graduate of the SBMC PCT program, or after completion of an RN/LPN Nursing Student Skills Checklist completed by their nursing instructor. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an approved program to utilize the RN/LPN Nursing Student Skills Checklist. PCT background within the last year will be considered in lieu of formal training. Note: High-school vo-tech program requires student skills checklist to be completed by instructor.
