We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our mobile rehab team. This team will be responsible for traveling throughout Florida to assist in redoing mobile homes in our communities. We are looking for the following person(s) to have: * Expertise to travel within the State of Florida 100% of the week. Areas of travel would be: the South region, West Palm Beach region, Treasure Coast region, North Florida region and West Coast region. * Preferably live near West Palm Beach, Florida as that will be the "home base". * Solid rehab home background including: * Roofing * Carpentry * Painting (interior and exterior) * Flooring, replacement and repair * Installing kitchen cabinets, counter tops, sinks and faucets * Drywall repair and install along with mud work * Window and door repair and installation.
