Operations Associate IV - (Westlake, OH)

The Operations Associate IV services accounts managed by Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) under the custody of Equity Trust Company (ETC). Performs a variety of tasks associated with establishing accounts, posting transactions of cash and investments, and maintaining accounts. KEY FUNCTIONS: --- Reviews transaction requests for required elements --- Performs a variety of transactions to establish and maintain accounts and investments --- Communicates with vendors and 3rd parties to ensure processes are functioning properly and are completed --- Researches and resolves issues and discrepancies in accounts as they arise --- Responds to inquiries from internal and external sources via e-mail and telephone --- Adheres to department service level agreement for all processes OTHER FUNCTIONS : --- Generates reports on daily workload --- Completes projects as requested --- Performs other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Education and Background: --- Min two years of background in customer service environment
