Production Associate - (Walpole, MA)

JOB DETAILS: As a member of the Papa Gino’s team, the Production Associate is responsible to produce and pack our signature pizza dough to be shipped to Papa Gino’s restaurants. Accuracy, consistency and quality are paramount in the production and handling of this key ingredient, which is the foundation of the Papa Gino’s Brand. KEY FUNCTIONS: Assists in the production of dough; ensuring quality, consistency and food safety standards are met. Prepares dough racks and boxes for packing dough. Observes dough weights and makes sure weight is accurate. Rotates position assignments with fellow employees as needed. Packs dough in dough boxes and date codes boxes. Organizes dough in central cooler. Reports food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Assists in the washing and sanitizing of dough boxes. Maintains, cleans and sanitizes all dough making equipment. Maintains cleanliness of commissary production area including sweeping and mopping of all floors.
