THE SENIOR REAL ESTATE AGENT RECRUITMENT WILL BE CLOSED EFFECTIVE MIDNIGHT, DECEMBER 29, 2018. Under general supervision, the incumbent performs difficult appraisal, negotiation, property management and related semi-legal duties in the acquisition and disposition of land, including marketing, appraisal, relocation and cost analysis. This position plays a foremost responsibility in the City's Capital Improvement Program, acquiring necessary rights-of-ways for federal, state and locally funded projects. Incumbents may provide supervision and training to assigned staff.
