Senior Scientist, Consumer Science - Seventh Generation - (Burlington, VT)

OVERVIEW The Senior Scientist, Consumer Science works collaboratively across functions and product groups to support all aspects of product development to ensure product safety and authenticity to meet the rigorous 7th Generation standards. In addition, they are responsible for generating technical insights inputting to the development process for products; conducts consumer research to support the product development work and collaborate closely with claims and sales to develop technical communication to tell the R&D story. This role will work across all product categories in North America. PRIMARY POSITION DUTIES Consumer Safety and Authenticity in Products Responsible for driving the product safety programme across the portfolio of ingredients used and finished products that are developed ensuring compliance with company and brand standards, including but not limited to product preservation, ocular/dermal irritation
