We are currently looking to add a Service Dispatcher to our team. Perfect applicant would have at least 2yrs dispatching background in the related industry trade. Duties will include, but not be limited to the following: Handling all incoming service requests via phone and email in a timely manner. Schedule service calls and dispatch service technicians. Record status of service tickets in our service system -Blue Folder Provide clear and concise communications with customers, department managers and service technicians in a courteous and professional manner.
