Job overview Overview The Office Supervisor is responsible for the daily coordination and administration of general business activities including account reporting and billing, district payroll, central filing, and coordination of office supply needs. Responsibilities also include supervision of general office staff and miscellaneous administrative functions. Key functions Supervise and direct day-to-day functions of assigned staff Monitor payroll and data entry Advise staff of company policy expectations Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a mentor Coordinate employee performance reviews Work with office personnel in resolving internal and external customer care issues Collaborate closely with office supervisor and office manager Create and maintain a teamwork environment Regular and predictable attendance Other duties as assigned Job responsibilities Principal Skills/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting/Finance, related position
