Senior Engineer - (East Liverpool, OH)

The Senior Engineer has primary accountability for the plant engineering function. The incumbent works closely with the Leadership Team as well as all functional groups at HTS to establish direction and ensure plant safety and reliability in accordance with regulatory qualifications. Qualifications: 10yrs min experience in an industrial/manufacturing/operations setting. ten years min in either hazardous waste and/or chemical plant operations a plus. Knowledge of thermal destruction processes (past experience in process engineering and/or maintenance) and associated regulatory permits being a plus. Technical knowledge of equipment and/or processes with chemistry experience being a plus. Min Education: B.S. degree in engineering, preferably chemical. Scope of Duties Direct Reports Develop and Manage engineering individuals to understand the plant and business: Supervise, train and mentor plant/process engineer(s). Manage, monitor and/or assist engineering and operations processes and functions.
