Sustaining Engineering Manager - (Plymouth, MN)

Overview The Engineeing Manager will lead the team that is responsible for sustaining engineering activities, including resolution of product quality issues, updates to current product line and support to Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, as necessary. Manages technical staff and coordinates efforts with the rest of the organization. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Develop and manage a robust engineering team to complete product updates, resolve product issues and ensure ongoing product availability through product design changes. Coordinate with cross-functional managers to determine priority of projects. Coordinate with Quality to resolve product non-conformities through engineering design changes. Interface with other departments and Nonin management and leadership team to communicate status of sustaining engineering efforts, utilizing multiple communication modes and cadences. Responsible for forming, leading and sponsoring cross-functional teams.
