NURSING SUPERVISOR (Ambulatory Care Services: Ann Arbor Outpatient Dialysis - (Ann Arbor, MI)

Job details Provides professional nursing leadership and administrative direction in the Ann Arbor Outpatient Dialysis Program. Participates as a member of leadership teams to provide and continually improve health care services and to support the mission and goals of Michigan Dialysis Services, LLC and the Health System. Responsibilities In collaboration with the Clinical Nursing Director, will oversee facility's In-center and Home Therapies Programs encompassing the following: Recruit, hire, manage, supervise and coordinate all staff for in-center, home hemodialysis and home hemodialysis. Plan, assign and review the work of nursing and support staff. Counsel, develop and evaluate the performance of all clinical and ancillary staff. Provide leadership for the development, implementation and evaluation of standards of nursing practice and for interdisciplinary clinical guidelines, using best evidence.
