RIMS Lead Coordinator - Kinston - (Kinston, NC)

Summary: Works closely with the supervision to carry out the tasks with and through others that are assigned. Accurately and efficiently organize, and be accountable for, the order processing work flow at the RIMS Control station as required to complete the daily order processing. Assist in the work effort and the direction of the routine tasks of the distribution specialists. Must become knowledgeable of all Lead job duties, be able to assist in all areas and fill in during absences as required Job summary: GENERAL DUTIES: Release work to associates and set individuals up in the RIMS system in order to pick orders efficiently. Assist with training of new associates assigned to area. Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of all equipment in area. Responsible for work safety of all associates in assigned area. Assist supervisor in attaining facility and shift goals. Serve on plant safety committee and plant emergency evacuation team.
