Responsibilities Provide safe competent cares to hospice patients to include bathing, skin care, assistance with bowel programs, simple wound cares, ROM and exercise programs and homemaking activities Excellent communication, which contributes to quality care and team cohesiveness Documentation meets regulatory standards Technical skills to document and email profiently Timely logging of hours to assure accurate billing Assumes responsibility for meeting own education needs Complete agency, state, and federal regulatory qualifications for continuing-ed Education High-school certificate or GED NA-R/HHA certification Current on the Minnesota CNA Registry SDL2017
