Prior housekeeping background or other relevant environmental services background. Must be available to work any hours/days of the week necessary to meet business qualifications Excellent customer service and spoken communication expertise. Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals JOB SETTING AND PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS Employees in this position work primarily indoors. To perform the job successfully the applicant must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a min weight of approx 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, kneel, bend and crawl, squat and crouch, and tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.
