Proven background as cook Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen A team member with outstanding communication expertise Patient with an expertise to stay positive under pressure High-school certificate or equivalent is desirable; Training from a culinary school will be an asset JOB SETTING AND PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS Employees in this position work primarily indoors. To perform the job successfully the applicant must possess manual dexterity, must be able to stand for long periods of time, have the expertise to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stretch, twist, or reach out, and operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils. Fluency in the English language and the expertise to speak, hear, read and write are required as is the expertise to work any hours/days of the week necessary to meet business qualifications.
