Effectively communicate deadline reminders, follow ups, and updates to clients through various forms of written and oral communication. Timely and accurate data entry Healthcare and supplemental enrollment forms are entered on time with a min 99.8% accuracy Updates various spreadsheets to assist the Benefits team with manual enrollments. Auditing Supports the benefits department with auditing various reports for accuracy, appropriate billing, and compliance.
