Applications Developer - (Chicago, IL)

Work with a high-performance team in designing/implementing applications for our mobile, web and in-house systems. Work with senior leaders, team leaders, end users and other developers to design, implement and maintain systems to support USLI teams and USLI customers. Work with team leaders for direction on the design and implementation of products and their database architecture. Follow team fundamentals. Utilize common components and follow our architectural standards. Periodic review of job queue working with team leaders to prioritize work load. Work with team leaders to establish targets for completion and status reports. Make deadlines and commitments. Gain and maintain a general knowledge of all products in Company's book of business. Enroll in courses and self-study to keep up with new technologies and new developments in the software engineering field; collaborate with peers. Use individual development plan.
