Superintendent 2 Electrical Solar - (Overland Park, KS)

Interfacing with and monitoring subcontractor supervision and field engineering. Reports on Subcontractors performance. Ensures adherence by all Subcontractors and discipline craft to safety, quality, schedule and performance expectations as defined by Black and Veatch, Provides Subcontractors and craft supervisors with details and technical direction required to complete project safely, timely and in a quality manner. Ensures schedule and project expectations are clearly defined to Subcontractors and craft supervision. Ensures schedule requirements are communicated to all levels of craft discipline. Coordinates technical interpretation of technical requirements and specifications. Provides technical data and details as required to subcontractor supervision or construction engineers. Ensures compliance by subcontractor and workforce to all standards, procedures and contractual commitments within the bounds of all applicable policies. This person will support our Renewable Energy team on Solar projects.
