College level courses in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, and Mathematics desirable. Knowledge of products used in the health care industry is preferred. Verbal expertise is required to interface with various levels of hospital staff and sales representatives. Numerical expertise is required to mentally calculate price ranges, discounts and arithmetic estimates. Clerical expertise is required to enter purchase orders and for inventory control purposes.
