Rental Property Manager - (Nellysford, VA)

POSITION TITLE: Rental Property Manager DEPARTMENT: Rental Property Management REPORTS TO: Director of Association Management Job overview: The Rental Property Manager assists in the development and implementation of programs to improve quality and consistency of condominium/townhouse/home rental programs. In this role, the Rental Property Manager will be the liaison between Wintergreen Resort and individual rental owners. The Rental Manager will provide design and project management services to owners and for resort facilities. The Rental Property Manager is a highly visible position requiring the expertise to sell and communicate at all levels of the company. The job requires a strong business experience, the expertise to create job standards, project management tools and manage accounts for owners.
