Overview Universal Banker Bank Rhode Island is looking for an experienced Universal Banker to join our Team. Principal Objective The Universal Banker position will be responsible to perform the job duties of both a Teller and a Personal Banking Representative. Teller Objective: A Universal Banker is responsible for processing financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments in an efficient and accurate manner while providing outstanding service to customers. Ensures every transaction is completed in accordance with bank policy and regulatory qualifications. Expertise to work efficiently as part of a team in sharing and organizing workflow. Consistently provides exceptional customer service. Solve customer problems or refer them to the appropriate colleague. Recognizes opportunities to cross-sell the Bank's products and services to meet our customers' needs. Maintains confidentiality of bank records and customer info.
