Quality Assurance Analyst - Finance - (Conway, AR)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION This position is responsible for the creation, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the 1st line of defense risk management initiatives within the Finance Department in support of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist in the development and implementation of 1st line of defense risk management initiatives within Finance in support of the Enterprise Risk Framework. This duty is performed as needed, about 2% of the time. 2. Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of Finance's 1st line of defense risk management function including ensuring the documentation of key processes and internal controls. This duty is performed daily, about 2% of the time. 3. Ensure the complete and proper identification and assessment of risks in Finance's key processes in accordance with the Enterprise Risk Framework, internal guidance, and risk management professional standards.
