Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant - Part-time - (Utica, NY)

Critical responsibilities Activities include but are not limited to the following: * Filing as needed. * Completion of MHL requests. * IRMA entry of all RIA's (Restrictive Intervention Reports). * Spreadsheet data entry and trend analysis. * Creation of required letters. * Completion of record requests. * Minor incident data entry and trend analysis. * Update regulation and code books. * Adhere to mandatory reporting requirements and HIPAA laws. * Answer in-bound phone calls and transfer to appropriate compliance and/or training team player. * Participate in Agency activities that may include special events, meetings, trainings and committees. * Establish a work atmosphere that creates positive communication between supervisors and employees and assimilates new employees to the Agency's culture, values and mission. * Ensure compliance with all pertinent government and agency regulations and operating standards. REQUIRED ABILITIES * Strong attention to detail.
