Cyber Security Engineer Huntsville, AL Min Secret Clearance to Start Talent Orchard has been contracted by a large defense firm to help in finding a Cyber Security Engineer to support the AMRDEC Systems Simulation, Software and Integration Directorate (S3I) located on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama in support of multiple systems in the precision fires and battlefield systems domains. Role & Responsibilities: -- + The selected applicant will be part of a team of Cyber Specialists specializing in Certification, Accreditations and Cyber Security engineering to perform the following: + Determine the security posture of different Army battlefield systems based on the applicable controls outlined in DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Details Technology (IT). + The applicant will use a variety of testing methods to assess the system's security posture. This includes running automated tools, manual configuration checks, conducting interviews, and reviewing documentation.
